Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Workforce Optimization
to develop long-term workforce management strategies and manage a
team focused on operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develops workforce management strategies to support growth and
operational efficiency
Manages a team responsible for executing workforce optimization
activities and ensures metrics are achieved
Collaborates with leadership to implement best practices and drive
continuous improvements in service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing direct reports in a call
center environment
Experience in change management, workforce management, data
analytics, or finance
Deep knowledge of Avaya CMS, Calabrio, or similar scheduling
software preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related
field
