$116,011-$140,552 (2024-2025 salary scale)POSITION OVERVIEW:As one
of the 38 Long Term Care & Treatment Education Programs in the
state, this position is responsible for overseeing the educational
services of students across three different mental health treatment
facilities in our area. In collaboration with Trillium Family
Services, this position has the opportunity to shape programming
and support for the most impacted and at-risk students we serve as
educators. This leader has a tight-knit educational community of
exceptional educators who specialize in the mental and behavioral
health needs of students in a K-12 setting.The Farm Home, Wake
Robin, and Old Mill have unique qualities as a school program as it
provides a protected environment in which they receive their
schooling so as to protect the health and safety of themselves
and/or others while receiving necessary treatment. This is a
dynamic, innovative, and exciting position for someone with a
creative and passionate desire to serve our students who struggle
the most.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
administrative license is required.
- Master's Degree in education or related field.
- A minimum of three years of successful experience in
educational administration/supervision in a K-12 setting or
comparable alternative learning environment.
- Experience with/or knowledge of state and federal law including
the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504
of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Every Child Succeeds Act
(ECSA).
- Experience with/or knowledge of mental health disorders in
children.
- Experience working with/or knowledge of Oregon high school
diploma requirements and options.
- Experience in meeting deadlines within short and long-range
planning processes.
- Successful experience and expertise in assessment and
evaluation, consultation, staff development and organizational
development.

Directors.GENERAL INFORMATION:This position has the following

environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:This is not necessarily an

- Supervise and coordinate services to successfully achieve
program goals and provide effective daily operations of the LTCT
facilities.
- Engage in agency-level leadership teams and initiatives to
align the program with the agency's mission and goals.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate staff performance while
providing support, coaching, and guidance for professional growth
and development per LBL policies and procedures.
- Act as liaison between ODE, Trillium, LTCT, and LBLESD, by
collaborating with students, parents/guardians, school staff,
mental health staff, community partners, and statewide
stakeholders.
- Establish, maintain, and facilitate a cooperative working
relationship with LTCT and Trillium staff.
- Manage compliance and reporting with all LTCT grant
expectations, uphold all state mandates and assist Special
Education Administration with federal laws and reporting.
- Ensure school accreditation and support the operation of an
official GED Testing Center.
- Lead and/or assist in the recruitment, screening and hiring of
employees.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a balanced budget
following agency requirements.
- Provide ongoing professional leadership for curriculum
development and program improvement with evidence-based
practices.Benefit Information:Salary and benefit information shown
are based on full-time employment (1.0 FTE) based on the current
school year. Placement on the Linn Benton Lincoln ESD
Administrative salary schedule will be commensurate with
applicant's qualifications, relevant training, and experience.Linn
Benton Lincoln ESD will provide an Insurance CAP to assist with
health, dental and vision insurance premiums. Employer paid PERS,
holidays, sick leave and personal days are also provided. Employer
paid Life Insurance 1 x annual salary. Employer paid Basic AD&D
and Long Term Disability. Cell Phone/Data Stipend. Discretionary
