A company is looking for a Manager - Customer Systems Support
Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Call Center team, focusing on customer training,
support, and issue resolution
Develop and implement Call Center policies, procedures, and
productivity metrics
Oversee training programs for new and existing technicians,
ensuring continuous education
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales,
marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in a
related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC networking
principles
Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize workload
effectively
Experience in managing team performance and workflow
