The Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small engine repair company, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. The manager will supervise staff, maintain inventory, manage customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Supervise and lead shop staff, including technicians and administrative support.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of small engines, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Handle customer inquiries, estimate repair costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
• Schedule jobs, coordinate technician work assignments, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting company goals.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as invoicing, payroll, and customer records.
