      Requirements:

      • Active Oregon and Washington RN--License
        
      • Must have at least 1--year--recent Home Health experience--
        
      • BLS via American Heart Association--
        
      • Must have reliable transportation
        
      • Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory reference
