Job Title: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)Location: OregonStart Date: October 1, 2024 or as soon as credentialed End Date: OngoingCoverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to neonates in a Trauma Level 3 NICU.
• Manage a patient load of 10-22 patients per shift.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and management.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care. Schedule:
  • Shifts: 12-hour (7 am - 7 pm) or 24-hour (7 am - 7 am) shifts.
  • Preference is to post the schedule and allow providers to pick up shifts.
  • For traveling candidates, efforts will be made to schedule multiple shifts in a row to accommodate travel costs. Requirements:
    • Board Certification: Required.
    • License: Active Oregon (OR) License.
    • Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
    • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days. Work Environment:
      • Practice Setting: Inpatient.
      • Support Staff: Available to assist.
