• Provide direct patient care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs for staff and patients.Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
  • Advanced certification in Critical Care Nursing, such as CCRN or CCN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Benefits:
