Job Description:
Providence invites current nursing students and recent graduates
to apply for its RN Residency Program at Providence St. Vincent
Medical Center. The program provides a foundation and support for
becoming an expert in a specialty through structured curriculum,
simulation, and patient experience guided by experienced
preceptors. Recent graduated RNs with less than 12 months of
experience are eligible. The program offers a combination of
structured learning, simulation, and hands-on patient experience.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program,
Oregon Registered Nurse License, and BLS certification. National
ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire. Preferred
qualifications include national certification in a specialty area
upon hire. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package,
