About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
