Job DescriptionOverview: ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a TEMPORARY SUMMER PART-TIME Marketing Physician Liaison!   The role of the Physician Liaison involves cultivating and nurturing strong referring provider relationships with a primary focus on canvassing to multiple provider clinics giving out Proactive marketing materials and referral information. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors, the Physician Liaison plays a critical role in building Brand awareness.  Their primary responsibility is to drive physician field marketing and develop strong relationships with referral sources. Reports to: Director of Marketing  This is a Part Time Temporary Summer Position- End date TBD!

• Responisible for the Southwest Washington/Portland Oregon territory Responsibilities: Physician Marketing and Relationships
  • Main responsibility will be canvassing to provider offices with marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and other clinical referral sources.
  • Communicate effectively with referring providers and their office staff.
  • Participate in marketing meetings.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
  • Generate a consistent routing schedule.
  • Maintain ongoing physician referral information and relationship/sales activity. Qualifications: Skills & Abilities needed for this position:
    • Problem-solving: Use sound judgment to exercise problem analysis and resolution
    • Strong customer support orientation for both internal and external customers.
    • Must be self-motivated.
    • Excellent at relationship building and follow through. An outgoing personality and positive attitude is a must!
    • Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced event management environment.
    • Professional in appearance, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
