    • Experience with cardiac drips (nitro, Cardizem, amiodarone).
    • Rapid response team activation
    • Computerized documentation
    • Patient ratios: RN 1:4-6, CNA 1:6-13 on days and1:10-13 on nights
    • 1 year of experience within the last three years in MS/Tele/PCU
    • No first time travelers
