Job Description:
Description $4,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that

The CNA2 performs nursing care functions within the scope of their
practice, and other duties under the direction and supervision of a
Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN). Performs duties to meet the personal
and restorative care needs of residents, performs limited nursing
techniques, observes and reports resident conditions, and services
residents in a manner consistent with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Providence Center for Medically Fragile Children and Adult
Intermediate Care Unit provides 24-hour nursing care for patients
with complex medical needs. Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Completion of Oregon State Board of
Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. Or equivalent
educ/experience,
- Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30
days of hire.
- In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) a
criminal background check is required for this position.
- 6 months - Experience as a CNA working in a health care
setting. Preferred Qualifications:
