Description Mental Health Professional for Adolescent PHP/IOP
Program at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon
City, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, and a
Professional Counselor Associate. The requirements of each role are
listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each
role will be based on qualifications. If you have the
qualifications of any one of these two positions, we encourage you
to apply. The Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor
Associate practices in a treatment setting under clinical
supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment
of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Social Worker MSW,
and a Professional Counselor Associate will collaborate with
patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Within 60 days of hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate
License Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare MIN: $35.32

PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - counseling or related field.
- Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year - Master's level practicum in a behavioral health
setting in an accredited college or university internship. MIN:
