Description Mental Health Professional for Adolescent PHP/IOP Program at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor Associate. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor Associate practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor Associate will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. • Master's Degree in Social Work
• Within 60 days of hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare MIN: $35.32 Max: $54.82 \\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\\\_\ PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR Required Qualifications:
    • Master's Degree - counseling or related field.
    • Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications:
