Providence PACE/ElderPlace in Irvington Village has multiple CNA
opportunities (40 hours/week) in variable shifts (working Saturday
& Sunday/weekends required). Job Description: Assist
participants/residents/patients/clients who are functionally,
physically and/or socially impaired with those activities of daily
living agreed upon in their Service Plan, at the same time
fostering independence, freedom of choice, and dignity and safety.

of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older
adults as healthy as possible living in the community through

- 3 months experience of long-term care or related geriatric
and/or rehabilitative care.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30
days of hire.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.

Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over
