  • Imaging Tech (Rad Tech) position available
  • 13-week contract
  • Some graves shifts on a pre-planned basis
  • Willingness to work at times and locations as assigned
    • Job Requirements
    • Functions Specific to Role as Computed Tomography Technologist
    • Prompt and competent performance of computed tomography and radiologic studies
    • Processing of radiologic images and transmission to teleradiology services
    • Patient care, including safety, transportation, and explanation of procedures
    • Work area maintenance and equipment upkeep
      • Schedule Information
      • Assignment will be WEEKENDS 3 12s and weekdays 3 12s
      • Shift lengths: 12 hours
      • Provide urgent service after regular work hours according to an established call schedule
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Attend continuing education programs pertinent to radiology
        • Maintain proficiency with the Department PACS, radiology information system, and clinical information system
          • Additional Details
          • Must be competent in the OR and with fluoro procedures
          • Quickly adapt to novel techniques and procedures related to the position
