Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Project Coordinator, Culture
Engagement to support and coordinate various culture-related
initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of culture-related
projects and initiatives
Promote and advocate for culture initiatives, programs, and events
to enhance employee engagement
Coordinate logistics for culture events and support the
implementation of employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Communications, or a related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or
organizational culture preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
tools/software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be within commutable distance to an office location and able
to work in-office as required
