Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist III to investigate, communicate, and settle claims.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate claim files and determine steps for settlement
Communicate with third parties and customers to gather necessary information
Manage a caseload focused on disability management and customer service

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in medical or health insurance fields or disability experience preferred
Ability to pass required exams or coursework
Previous claims or claims examiner experience is desired
Strong customer service experience
