Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate (PA.OH) to
provide customer service support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to benefits,
eligibility, and claims
Guide customers in understanding and maximizing their health plan
benefits
Assist customers in navigating websites and resolving issues in
real time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Preferably 1 year of experience in an office or call center
setting
Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customer
needs
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
Must complete customer service training and demonstrate
proficiency
