Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reinvestigation Specialist to process
consumer disputes and ensure compliance with regulatory laws.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and validate consumer disputes by conducting thorough
reinvestigations
Communicate with various sources to verify disputed information and
assess documentation
Maintain detailed documentation throughout the reinvestigation
process and assist team members as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a highly
regulated environment
Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act is preferred
3+ years of experience in Consumer Report Requests as DSRIII
Proficient in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and
Outlook
