Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpline Counselor/Care Consultant to
provide guidance and support to individuals reaching out to a
nationwide helpline.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide short-term
telephone consultations
Help constituents understand Alzheimer's disease and connect them
to local resources and support
Document call interactions accurately, including presenting issues
and action plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required;
licensure preferred
One year of experience in a relevant field; 2-3 years preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
weekends
Experience in handling high-emotion situations and crisis
management
Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, aging, and disability
services
