Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to manage the
member enrollment process and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Process membership applications and verify eligibility
Maintain accurate membership records and generate enrollment
reports
Provide customer service and resolve enrollment-related issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service,
administrative, or enrollment role
Experience in the healthcare or membership-based industry is a
plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google tool suite and
database management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual skills may be required depending on the member
demographic
