Client Success Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Success Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Complete onboarding calls and activities for clients with advisory services
Monitor client activity and satisfaction while providing solutions to enhance their experience
Track onboarding progress and report findings using Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Proven success in onboarding new clients and managing client relationships
Understanding of SaaS products and client-facing service deliverables
Experience in SMB accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping services is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
