Job Description:
A company is looking for a COBRA Processing Specialist to manage
benefits processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming documentation and determine eligibility for
coverage elections
Process COBRA, Direct Bill, Retiree, and LOA enrollments while
ensuring compliance with IRS regulations
Respond to inquiries and document transaction details
accurately
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
Experience with COBRA Administration, Verification Services, LOA,
and Retiree Services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and
Word
Customer service experience with a focus on internal and external
partners
Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a
plus
