We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to manage the Windows/Citrix environment delivery, ensuring a smooth hand-off to support teams. You'll report to the Vice President of Digital Workplace.

**The Opportunity:**

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll design large-scale project aspects, engineer, test, document, and deploy systems infrastructure solutions. You'll manage technical project aspects, including planning and resolving issues. You'll work independently to provide technical solutions to complex challenges for both IT-facing and business-facing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading a team of systems & application delivery engineers in daily support of the current environment, with a goal of continually improving the end-user experience

* Collaborating with other IT Department members to solve complex user technical problems related to desktop computing and applications

* Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting issues with Windows and Citrix servers

* Implementing applications and virtual desktop solutions using the Citrix portfolio (XenApp, XenDesktop)

**Qualifications:**

* 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering (Citrix Focused)

* Experience in VDI, Mobility, Citrix, or Collaboration solutions, including Cloud-based productivity applications like Office 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive

* Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements

* Experience implementing and managing end-point operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring solutions

* Experience working with Procurement and Service Desk teams to ensure license compliance
