Job Description:

Senior Client Operations Analyst

Manage onboarding of new institutional segregated and fund accounts
Subject matter expert on international institutional funds and separately managed accounts
Assist Institutional Sales and Client Services Relationship Managers with complex client service requests
Create, develop, document and implement workflows and process improvements
Responsible for understanding and documenting non-standard operational issues
Coordinate with custodians to support institutional accounts
Understand and monitor compliance issues revolving around international institutional industry
Communicate detailed international institutional investor account information to senior members of the Company
Aid the Institutional Client Operations Team Leader with the ongoing development of the team

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
* 2-3 years professional experience in the financial services industry
* Familiar with securities, financial markets and institutional account types
* Experience with customer/client service
* Project management experience
* Responsible, accountable, detail-oriented and motivated

**Compensation:**

* $70,000 - $95,000 base salary per year in the state of WA
* Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
