Job Description:
A company is looking for a People and Culture Partner (m/f/d) to
support various people-related initiatives in a remote-first
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor on employee relations,
performance management, and compensation
Lead and deliver projects related to onboarding, learning and
development, and offboarding
Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and enhance
the overall employee experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in a people partner, people operations, or similar role
within a people function
Practical knowledge of employee labor laws in Germany, UK,
Switzerland, or Portugal
Ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making
Collaborative mindset and motivation to work closely with other
teams
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships
at all levels
