Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Triage Counselor I for the
Federal Service Center, working Friday and Saturday from 10:30pm to
7:00am CST.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic and chat support, including triage, assessment,
and crisis intervention services
Educate participants on EAP benefits and link them to appropriate
resources
Document interactions in real-time to meet performance expectations
and standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field
Independent licensure as a behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LMFT,
LPCC, LPC)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-degree
Experience in crisis intervention and solution-focused
counseling
Ability to manage caseload and documentation requirements
effectively
