Role OverviewThe Estate Planning Specialist will work directly with high-net-worth clients to gather estate and trust documentation and other relevant estate planning information. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients about estate planning concepts and strategies.Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze estate and trust documents to identify opportunities for clients to achieve their goals
• Communicate with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers to ensure seamless execution of client plans
• Manage daily calls with clients and internal partners to provide expert guidance and supportRequirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in the trust/estate planning field
  • Experience working on complex estates with an understanding of trusts
  • Experience handling sensitive materials and information
  • Experience building credibility and trust in a short amount of timeBenefits
    • $100,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA
    • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
