A company is looking for a Work Life Services Specialist in
Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain recognition and work/life programs
Engage associates and drive participation in programs
Manage data reporting and enhance program delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
2 years of experience in workforce well-being or recognition
services is required
Experience with Achievers Software as a service (SaaS) is
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of workforce well-being and recognition processes is
required
