Job Description:

Provides exceptional customer service and assists with store operations, including break schedules, customer flow, and inventory management.

• Key Responsibilities:
• --- Provides timely and effective customer service, following Whole Foods Market 365 guidelines and SOPs.
• --- Manages front-end workflow, customer flow, and communicates with leadership about store events and performance issues.
• --- Maintains proper shelf and display stocking, rotating products, and removing outdated items.
• --- Develops collaborative relationships with leadership, team members, and vendors.
• --- Stays informed about company and store-level information.
• --- Maintains product knowledge and awareness of new products and promotions.
• --- Supports store cleanliness and maintenance, working in multiple areas.
• --- Processes customer returns and credits, and establishes a positive work environment.
• --- Delegates tasks effectively and follows customer service security policies.
• --- Trains team members to excellence and completes tasks efficiently.
• --- Schedules and monitors team member breaks and assists with inventory management.
• --- Maintains back stock supply areas, analyzes product transfers, and controls waste and spoilage.
  • Requirements:
  • --- Prior cashier experience and basic computer skills.
  • --- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • --- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • --- Ability to build positive relationships, train team members, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • --- Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform physical job requirements.
