Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Supervisor to join our Prepared Foods Department at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our department, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members.Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our guests, responding to their needs in a timely and effective manner.
• Team Support: Assist Team Leaders and Floor Leads in maintaining break schedules, supervising team members, and managing the day-to-day flow of the department.
• Inventory Management: Ensure that all shelves and displays are properly stocked and front-facing, rotating products and removing out-of-date items.
• Training and Development: Support the training and development of team members, including completing training programs and maintaining awareness of new products and promotions.
• Operations: Assist in ensuring department orders for equipment, supplies, and products are timely and accurate, and maintain back stock supply areas.Requirements
  • Experience: Prior cashier experience and prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, proactive problem-solving, excellent follow-through and listening skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
