Status: Full-timeHours: 40 hours per weekCompany Sponsored Time:
We are piloting a 4-day, 32-hour work week, and YWCA will provide
this role 8 hours of Company Sponsored Time for you to use on
Fridays to maintain work-life balance while maintaining pay at 40
hours a week.We've identified the day-to-day responsibilities
linked to each position. In addition to the position specific
responsibilities provided below, each YWCA Clark County employee

organization's core value on a daily basis.Pay Range: $25/hr +

approval for, track, and engage in activities that meet the
organization's 1% for Social Change requirement.Program Specific -
Implement comprehensive multisession curriculum which utilizes best
practices and supports youth service providers in violence
prevention efforts. Review and update as needed to maintain
alignment with evidence based and best practice models. -
Facilitate ongoing support meetings to youth service providers who
have participated in the multisession curriculum prevention
curriculum. - Coordinate and lead quarterly Teen Dating Violence
Prevention Collaborative meetings. - Coordinate and facilitate a
community engagement steering committee to guide our prevention
efforts in partnership with Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries. -
Facilitate trainings and community education presentations on
prevention, teen dating violence, how to talk to youth about
healthy relationships, and other topics for Fort Vancouver Regional
Libraries staff and volunteers, youth-serving agencies,
parents/guardians, and community members. - Provide technical
assistance to Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries staff to
incorporate information from trainings into their programming. -
Conduct outreach to schools, youth serving organizations, and
organizations currently providing services to youth experiencing
oppression. - In collaboration with Prevention Program staff
support outreach and awareness/action month activities for Teen
Dating Violence Awareness Month (February), Sexual Assault
Awareness Month (April), and Domestic Violence Awareness Month
(October). - In collaboration with Prevention Program staff support
and implement annual Queer Couve and BIPOC Youth Summits. - Manage
a dynamic schedule encompassing task force meetings, community
interactions, partner engagements, training sessions, and program
meetings. Ensure the accurate upkeep of contact databases and
calendars to reflect the latest information. - In partnership with
the Director of Prevention, evaluate effectiveness of prevention
program including: grant period activities, curriculum, engagement
with participants and stakeholders, and impact within the
community. - Request and collect feedback from participating
community partners and youth. - Accurately track, document and
input outreach programming activities and statistics into state
database as required by contracts, grants, and program procedures.
- Consistently, accurately, and promptly complete narrative reports
for all programming activities. - Lead the training of all new
prevention program staff, ensuring comprehensive understanding of
domestic violence advocacy, sexual assault advocacy and prevention
strategies. - Successfully complete 56 hours of initial training,
followed by 20 hours of annual training thereafter. - Stay
up-to-date on research-based, best and promising practices of
programs implemented with youth experiencing oppression. There is a
strong social justice component to all positions within YWCA Clark
County, requiring critical thinking through the lens of racism and
intersections with poverty. Knowing the core principles of
anti-racism and grounding those principles in everyday work are
required job skills and core valuesRelated education: High School
Diploma or equivalent or position equivalent experience in addition
